Target.com has recently launched a new, cost concious bridesmaid line.  Available online only and in multiple colors, they put their own spin on popular runway styles for 1/4 the price!  However with Target's HORRENDOUS new website it might take you 4 hours to order one dress...price you pay for a deal!
